This policy page outlines the structure of therapy sessions, cancellation procedures, and payment information.

The initial 1-4 sessions are considered an evaluation period. During this time, we will collaboratively determine if I am the best fit to address your specific needs and treatment goals.

If you decide to continue therapy:

After the evaluation period, we will develop a personalized treatment plan, including session frequency.

If you decide not to continue therapy:

I can offer recommendations or provide referrals to other mental health professionals who may be a better fit.

Evaluation Period:

To cancel a scheduled appointment, you must provide at least 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) notice. Cancellations with less notice will be charged the full session fee. This applies even if you reschedule for the same week.

Cancellation Policy:

I am an out-of-network provider. I will provide you with a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please contact me directly to inquire about fees.
